As part of the career guidance, a meeting was held with students of the BINOM school. The students got acquainted with the curricula of the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty, and the faculty distributed a new brochure of the department. The Department of Combinatorial Elements at the end of the UNT day for graduates of the A. Sarsekeyev Secondary School.

АThe teachers of the department took part in the week of mathematics, organized in the school-lyceum No. 30 of Astana, and organized a meeting with students. The teacher of the department Sarsekeyev A. gave a lecture to future graduates of the school on the topic "Trigonometry".

It can be said that it has become a tradition at School No. 38 in Astana to organize a meeting with faculty teachers. Associate Professor of the Department Zh. Duysenbina took part in the meeting held at the school in March. Also, brochures of the department were left on the information board for students and their parents.

In accordance with the schedule developed and published at the department meeting, career guidance work was carried out in schools No. 52 and No. 72 of Astana. 60 students and class teachers of these schools came to the "Open Day" of the university.

The department wisely participates in the work of school No. 89 of Astana. Three second-year postgraduate students of the department and senior lecturer of the department Sarsekeyev A.A. work here. If this school becomes part of the university's practice this year, documentation is being prepared to open a branch of the department in the future.
