Second Information Letter
L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University invites you to participate in the International Scientific Conference "Integral Operators in Function Spaces and Harmonic Analysis" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor N.A. Bokayev. The conference will be held June 11-14, 2026, at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana, Kazakhstan.
DEAR PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONFERENCE!
The conference will be organized into the following sections:
SECTION 1. Function Theory and Functional Analysis
SECTION 2. Differential Equations and Their Applications
SECTION 3. Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
SECTION 4. Algebra and Mathematical Logic.
IMPORTANT DATES:
May 10 — pre-registration and submission of abstracts;
May 15 — confirmation of paper inclusion in the program;
June 11 — arrival date;
June 12 — conference opening, plenary and sectional sessions;
June 13 — plenary and sectional sessions;
June 14 — departure date.
To be included in the conference program, participants are required to submit the following materials electronically to the Organizing Committee at conf.astana.2026@yandex.kz:
an abstract for publication;
a completed Google registration form for the participant and all co-authors (if applicable).

The conference proceedings will be published in electronic format in the Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference and will be made available on the official website:

Abstracts (1-2 pages) must be prepared in LaTeX format in accordance with the template available on the conference website and submitted to the Organizing Committee at conf.astana.2026@yandex.kz no later than May 10, 2026.
The abstract for publication must be submitted as a single file, whose name should include the surname of the first author and the section number (e.g., Omarov1.tex). Abstracts are accepted in Kazakh, Russian, and English. Each author may submit no more than two abstracts.
The conference program includes plenary, sectional, and poster presentations in Kazakh, Russian, and English. The conference will be held in a hybrid (in-person and online) format using videoconferencing technologies.

REGISTRATION FEE
20,000 KZT (40 USD) – regular participants
10,000 KZT (20 USD) – students, master's and doctoral students
The registration fee must be paid upon registration or transferred to the bank details provided below, with mandatory submission of a payment confirmation. The fee includes the preparation of conference materials and coffee breaks.
If a receipt is not required, the fee may be paid in cash at on-site registration.
